Families by Marriage and Choice

I love my family of birth. I can’t imagine life without my mom or my sister and her family. That’s all there, intact and wonderful.

I love my family of choice, those friendships acquired and maintained over the decades, from college to a decade in NYC to my years here in Austin.

Circles

Thought I’d share three smaller acrylic works, each 6″ x 12″. All painted with palette knives, then stamped with circles, then highly glossed. I tend to keep at least one smaller canvas going whenever I’m working on a larger one–something to work on while waiting for paint to dry. 🙂 Continue reading “Circles”
